Armorial bookplate. Born in Ireland, Hamilton fled to France and fought alongside James II, he wrote in a fine and elegant French style. This work is an English translation of 'The Four Facardins'; 'Zeneyda'; 'The Story of May-Flower'; 'The Ram'; and 'The Enchanter Faustus'.
