London: Frowde, 1908. Full calf, 7 inches tall. A classic tree calf by Galt with gilt raised bands, label and lovely floral gilt tooling to the panels. With a gilt prize armorial block on the upper board and prize bookplate. An extraordinarily advanced anthology of English verse for Children. Complete in 3 parts.

Many full page engraved plates. Coloured borders to each page. Tasseled book mark. An ink inscription on the half title otherwise pristine.

London: Cadell and Davies, 1796. Full calf, 6 1/2 inches tall. A simple little Country House full calf with gilt bands, label and ornate gilt tooling to the panels. The boards are framed with a gilt fillet. Red speckled edges. Illustrated with 3 engraved plates by Stothard R. A.. Slight rubbing.

London: Charles Noble, 1867. Full morocco, 4 inches tall. An exceptional Victorian binding with gilt raised bands, very fine floral gilt tooled panels and dentelles. The print is tiny and there is some offsetting making it doubly unreadable but housed in a delightful little binding.

London: Alexander Moring, The De La More Press, 1925. Half morocco, 8 inches tall. A delightful and simple binding with 2 raised bands, gilt title and gilt top edge. Embellished with 12 illustrations by Blanche MacManus.

London: Bohn, 1853. Full morocco, 8.5 inches tall. A most sumptious binding from the early Victorian period with gilt raised bands, dense gilt tooled panels. finely gilt boards, dentelles and all edges. A anthology of verse by the greatest British poets of the period, illustrated by some of the most illustrious artists. As is usually the case with this edition there is foxing, some severe, throughout.

London: John Sharpe, 1827. Full crushed morocco, 5.5 inches tall. A delightful little volume in a simple yet very elegant binding with raised bands, gilt titles, dentelles and all edges. With 6 engravings by Westall. In the minor poems, pages 143 to 165 were not bound in.
