With the armorial bookplate of Lord Kinnaird of Rossie Priory. The binder has tooled III onto the spine of volume I, and I onto the spine of volume III. Engraved plates. Some rubbing and foxing to the preliminaries. A fine set of the first collected works of the tragic 18th century poet Thomas Chatterton, who after a life of poverty and genius, committed suicide in despair at the age of 17.
