With 44 full page engravings of scenes by Birket Foster. Slight fading to the spine but overall a fine copy.

There is a degree of foxing, some fraying to a couple of title pages with no loss and a small professional repair to the plan of Ramsgate Harbour, again with no loss. An unusually tall and handsome copy of this difficult title.
