The Fables, of Aesop.
London: John Stockdale, 1793. 2 volume set, 10 inches tall. Embellished with 2 engraved title pages (trimmed with slight loss), and 108 only (of 110) engraved plates, plates number 73 and 74 having never been bound in. The engraved plates are all by Thomas Bewick. Some foxing and rubbing but still a superb set.
