Returns Policy
We endeavour to describe all books accurately. A book can be returned if this is not the case, and payment refunded.
Shipping Policy
POST FREE. We send first class/airmail free of charge and accept payment by all major credit cards, PayPal, £ cheque and bank transfer.
If you wish for custom shipping arrangements or to pick your books up from the shop, then we can arrange these for you. Just contact us first to let us know your preferences and then go ahead with your order in the usual fashion.
What information do we collect?
If you order a book from us using the secure pages of our website, we will keep a
record of your name, address, email address and the books you ordered.
We do not keep records of your credit card details
How do we use your information?
We use the information to help us understand more about how our web site is used
and to improve our site.
We do not share that information with anyone outside our organisation.
We may use that information to send you news of particular books which we think may
be of interest to you.
