5 volumes, 11 inches tall. Comprising the two separate works uniformly bound. A most attractive set with gilt raised bands, twin labels and extra gilt panels. Gilt dentelles and all edges. On the title pages there is the trace of a library stamp. There is foxing to the preliminaries, otherwise the text is clean. There is some scuffing, rubbing and light superficial loss to a long defunct insect. A couple of joints are showing small hairline cracks but are still firm and tight. Overall, these scarce and interesting titles still look splendid.
