A delightful binding by Seton of Edinburgh with gilt raised bands, fine floral gilt tooling to the panels and gilt grecian lyres framed within gilt and blind tooled rolls. Gilt dentelle and all edges. A neat ink owners inscription on the paste-down endpapers and a bump and some discolouration at the head of the spine on volume 1, otherwise a splendid little set.
